Okay, here’s my blog post about “seldin mma”, written from a personal, hands-on perspective, using simple language and basic HTML tags:

So, I’ve been hearing a lot about this “seldin mma” thing, and I got curious. I mean, who wouldn’t be? It sounded kinda cool, so I decided to give it a shot myself. I’m no expert, just a regular guy who likes to tinker with stuff.
First, I needed to figure out what the heck it even was. Turns out, it’s some kinda technique for mixing…something. I’m still not 100% sure, but I went with it.
Getting Started (My Messy Setup)
I cleared off my kitchen table – that’s my usual workspace. It’s got good lighting, and, well, it’s close to the snacks. Then, I gathered my “ingredients.” I’m not gonna lie, I just grabbed some random stuff from my pantry: some baking soda, some vinegar, and a little bit of food coloring (because why not?). I also found a couple of bowls and a spoon. Super professional, I know.
The Mixing (The Fun Part?)
Okay, here’s where things got interesting. I dumped the baking soda into one bowl – I didn’t measure, just eyeballed it. Then, I poured in some vinegar into the other bowl. Again, no measuring, just went with my gut. I added a few drops of red food coloring to the vinegar, just to make it look…science-y.
Now for the “seldin mma” part. I think this is where you’re supposed to slowly combine the stuff. So, I started spooning a little bit of the vinegar mix into the baking soda bowl. It fizzed! That was kinda neat. I kept adding a little bit at a time, and it kept fizzing. I stirred it all together with the spoon, and it turned into this… bubbly, reddish paste.
- It fizzed!
- It turned reddish.
- It was a paste!
The Aftermath (Cleaning Up)
Honestly, I’m not sure what I made. It kinda just sat there. I poked it a few times. It was still bubbly. I waited a bit. Still bubbly. So, I decided that was the end of my experiment. I guess “seldin mma” is…making fizzy paste? Maybe?
Then came the fun part: cleaning up. I wiped down the table, washed the bowls and spoon, and threw away the leftover paste. It wasn’t the most exciting experiment, but hey, I tried something new. And the kitchen didn’t explode, so that’s a win in my book.
Maybe I’ll try this again sometime, with different…ingredients. Or maybe I’ll just stick to making cookies. Less fizz, more delicious.
