A cost effective Green Cleaning program is not a one-size fits all product. The ResponsibilityMatters Program is specifically designed to help you make choices that fit your unique needs. You can have confidence in the Program to deliver the results you need to help you take a responsible approach to environmental sustainability. PCS will be there by your side throughout the implementation process. Greening a facility can encompass quite a few areas and can be daunting. Here are some steps to help you get started:
- Gain agreement amongst key personnel within your organization who will have a stake in your Green Cleaning Program that view it as necessary and responsible.
- Establish a lead point person who is entrusted to guide the Program and work in conjunction with PCS.
- Establish objectives in terms of what is to be accomplished.
- Schedule PCS to conduct a ResponsibilityMatters Facility Audit. This is a comprehensive analysis performed by trained personnel at PCS looking at facility logistics, current products / equipment used, current procedures, skill level of staff and all opportunity areas for improvement.
- Review implementation outline with your PCS Representative.
- Select and install Green cleaning products and equipment as the budget will allow.
- Schedule PCS to conduct all applicable training and education for employees involved in the Program. The emphasis will be on Professional development in all aspects of skills enhancement.
