Overview of Program PCS has over 30 years in the Cleaning and Maintenance Industry providing products and training services for a variety of organizations. Programs of this nature are customized to the individual needs of each organization. The elements of the basic Program structure include:
Each topic module to be covered is designed to be delivered in 2-4 hours maximum time. This facilitates a more productive learning environment while minimizing the interruption of the employees’ normal daily routines. What you can expect as a result of the training is a heightened awareness of responsibilities of each employee, an immediate increase in competence and knowledge at their position, improved morale, and a consistency amongst methods and practices used throughout the facility. The topics chosen are based upon relative importance to the overall cleanliness of the building while introducing safety and regulatory compliance throughout. It is our experience that in addition to certain Governmental requirements that require training applications, a structured program, performed by an outside expert like PCS, will change the culture of the organization to be more quality focused when it comes to building maintenance. Even facilities that appear to be in excellent condition can benefit from this approach.
