Course Objective
Supervisors and managers today are faced with constant challenges that are always a struggle to balance organizational objectives with individual employee issues. Most mistakes managers make today is in not fully understanding the various roles that are a necessary part of their position as well as not having valuable knowledge into the behavioral aspects of their employees. PCS Supervisory Training provides supervisors and managers an understanding of the primary roles that are a necessary part of the position, and the various tools that can be used throughout these roles. The manager will gain a critical insight into the behavioral aspects of each employee that will help them become more effective as leaders.
